New items non returnable. New products carry manufacturers' warranty. Warranties cover manufacturing defects but usually do not cover labor or shipping.

On written approval used chairs may be returned for exchange credit towards another chair if returned within one week of purchase clean and in same working condition one time only - BOl will not accept returns on exchanged chair. No refunds offered on exchanged chairs if exchanging for a chair of lower cost. If exchanging for chair of higher cost customer will need to pay the balance.

Used items are not warrantied by Berkeley Office Interiors unless clearly stated in writing. If under manufacturer warranty per manufacturer terms and conditions warranty claims are to be made directly with manufacturer for pre owned items.
